We're doing swimming now. I admit I'm getting better, but I hate diving. The blood pressure gets to my head and gives me a headache. In order to do it I have to encourage myself by chanting "I can do this" over and over. I am just glad I know how to move. It's more of a dog paddle than actually swimming though.

Well, good luck! Are you doing dives which take you far down into the water or shallower ones?
I'm fairly good at swimming but diving isn't my strong point. I'm currently doing a lifesaving course so it's first aid as well as swimming.

Um...I don't know. He just makes us step off the diving board.
Anyway that's cool your taking those classes.

Thanks ;D I don't like diving boards too muchl. They scare me  It takes me a while to build up the courage to jump. |
