Ahh, kind of like mime?
Pantomime here is a show put on around Christmas time. It is crazy, and one of the least transferable bits of culture I know. Okay, they're nearly always fairy tales, the lead boy is played by a girl and always falls in love with the princess. There's also a dame, who is a motherly comedic female character who is played by a boy. There are songs and dances are often lots of glitter. Oh, and there's always a baddie who gets defeated by the hero. Ever heard of it?

That sounds familiar. But why does a girl play a boy and a boy a girl? I have heard of that before because of random casting, but not because it has to be.

Yeah, basically, and today I did my water fall thing, which was interesting enough in itself.

I said it was pretty non-transferable culture! ;D And I have no idea why, it just is!
Did it go well Moony?

Yeah, decently well, the audience just couldn't recognize that we were digging up gold, and the girl I work with messed up with the tone she said hammer in. Instead of saying it like
Hammer! Like she was surprised, and enthusiastic she just said it kinda of dull and casually, which I was sorta mad about.

I can see if that spoiled it. It's supposed to be like you guys are finding gold and you're supposed to be happy, right?

Yeah, and also she had to be fairly surprised, because she was supposedly to have conviently have forgot the hammer, so she is fairly surprised.

Oh, that must have been annoying.
I had a great drama lesson today. At school we have these things called curriculum credits (CCs) which you get for good work and go towards your house. She watched the first group and said she was going to give them all CCs, Then watched the next and said she thought she had to give all that group CCs as well! That happend to the next group as well and then when the last group went she said she thought she'd have to gove the whole class them! It was amazing seeing as my drama teacher hardly EVER gives them out! ;D

Wow, I wish I had your drama class.
Mine is pretty lame, and uh, unenthusiastic. And, shoot, this one boy doesn't pay too much darn attention, and says all sorts of wrong tosh. I mean loads. And, oh, he expects people to die in every sceen. When we share what we think we saw he has the weirdest conclusions, and uses the oddest words. Instead of just the girl, it's the homegirl, and we are all like WTFH Why the homegirl? The funniest one was "the girl that sits over there, that one." and we are like, uh, she actually has a name you know, or is that her name, because that's a very interesting one? and the last question is just sarcastic.

Yeah, but we all chose drama as well.
Ooo, we played this theater game, where we are characters and we are a party. I did it twice.
Both my characters were HP ones.
I was Harry Potter for the first round, and Scorpius Malfoy for the second. The first round was really not so good, I was just really quiet since Harry is that way. So, I just waited for someone to start a conversation. I made him a little to proud though of the defeat of lord voldemort. the second round was better, I just shouted insults, at everybody, the usual Malfoy stuff.
"Your blood is so dirty you shall die."
"You are so dirty."
"you all stink!"
Yeah... a trick when playing any Malfoy, it's easiest canon. and, it's weird, because after I played scorpius, I seem to like him more.
Everybody else was like stars like britany speares, and stuff like that.
I wanted to be Joe (JKR), but changed my mind
We are doing pantomimes again without talking, and We are doing,
this mother is trying to take a picture of a two years old, but unfortunately the two years old has other intentions. they were at a art museum, and the kid is running tuching, grabbing, and tugging everything. so, they walk in and the kid runs off. then the mother tried twice to take a picture, but the kid keep running off. So, on the third time she was sucking her thumb, so the mother pulled her hand down. then took the picture. the mother does the victory dance, and the kid took the chance to run around some more.
Unfortunately though, I am the two years old, which is er... a little bit odd. I am really bad at acting like a kid, especially a toddler.

Actually I think you would be pretty good at that part. You do it when you're bored online.
Sorry if that didn't make any sense, I am officially sick. My math teacher gave my cold to me. It really stinks because I can't miss school. The one thing I do like about being sick is that I can take a lot of naps in one day.

Oh, I hope you get better soon gifted.
And sounds fun Rachel!
Yesterday in drama we were doing this thing about delivering lines whilst the teacher spoke to students individually about their predicted grades. We finished but didn't want to disturb her so started playing wink murder. She asked what we were doing, we told her and she said that was fine. We then played a game where everyone has a chair apart from one person. You sawp chairs with people by making eye contacting with them and then switching chairs. The person without a chair has to try and get on a chair. She turned round and said to use "That is the most stupid game I have ever seen. WHY don't I know it?" It was SO funny, and then she joined in!
