Yeah, if you enjoy something it doesn't seem as bad.

Yeah, that's true.
today, I was just trying to do homework when I got dragged off by my sister and her friend.
We did....
tea time!
It's really funny, they all came up with names, like Lady Rachelonore lady eleanor, and lady clareleanor. We also had tea and cookies. *sarcasticly* I know, really practical
The younger ladies insisted on serving me, which was pretty funny. Oh, Yeah, for cookies we had chocolate chip cookies, and earl gray tea, Oh, they insisted to add my sugar, since they were the hostest in there words. she had bought it in England, the tea.
So, okay we sat down, and were talking and all, it's all like goofed up, the two little ones were goofy. So we were showing off our brittish accents, at least the little ones were, so well, I joined in to be funny. Well, okay, They sorta made me. Well, then for some reason they had this toast that meant nothing. My sister insisted we toasted to clare. So, that we did. Then they had this burping thing, or something like that, and it was because they were on about mannors or something.
I should put this part in script, it's funny
clare is the friend and ellie is my sister.
Me: (leaves the table to my room)
clare: she's leaving, without being excused, (chases me down) come back missy, where do you think you're going.
Me: So?
ellie: You need to be excused, we are your elders.
Me: You are no elder of mine, Heck, I am older then you.
clare: come to be excused.
Me: Hmmm. (walks out giving in, knowing that the kids won't leave me in peace till I do this. In middle of hallway, almost to dining room) May I be excused!!!!!!!!! (that was being shouted)
clare: come to the table.
Me: (thinking WTFH? Walks out reluctantly) May I be excused )puts my hands on the table)
Ellie: yes, you may be excused
me: (chuckles)
Yeah, really impractical, I know, and now they are screaming, laughing, yelling, squeaking, squealing, or goofing off whatever the heck they are doing.

Awwww, how cuuuuuute, and sweet!
but, Jens sometimes you do have to grow up a little, just a bit. Seriously though, tea parties, the play type with Jenifer is a bit childish. Don't you find it a little ah, silly, and, little small for you?
I do certainly feel that way, it isn't just you. I'll shut up now, don't know why, feeling like mariah talking right now. Every word more I say, I am sounding more and more like her, or at least I feel.

Okay the following is serious.
I have to admit I was a little bit offended by your...um, questions Rachel. Personally, if you have to feel limited by what other people your age should like, then you might as well have someone else telling you what to do and how to do them the rest of your life. To be a individual, you have to ignore the norms and like or do something because you want to, not because you should or shouldn't.
So next you say something like that, consider if it's truly worth saying.

Heh! good points Jenna, and sorry for some of the comments. Not trying to press myself on ya, but it's good you think that way, well, yeah, some of the points is really cool, but hey, that's not quite the world's thinking today. Which is a shame sometimes, especially if you are over mature, and people think you have to act your age. It's totally like WTF! Not so much fair, I know, you gotta to somewhat understand that. EH, you know it's not always bright, clear, shining, and upright all the time. Sometimes we just gotta cry, and break down, it's all cool! The world is very agest, we should call it. Everyone looks at your age. If you are over mature as what your age group is suppose to act they will laugh, and likewise with not even mature enough. Even slightly, so sometimes you just have to act a bit different outside. It's always good to be acting older, I think. Well, it was not to offend you, so don't get offended, and I am not forcing myself, or my believes on you, so it's cool.

I don't really get how the whole "EH, you know it's not always bright, clear, shining, and upright all the time. Sometimes we just gotta cry, and break down, it's all cool!" fits into this conversation about liking things. Just because I like childish things doesn't mean I think the world is bright and full of unicorns and rainbows. I'm not sure what your thinking, but that part of your post sounds like you're trying to talk to a five year old why their mother died or something without making them cry.
I really don't care what people think of me though (a little, but I don't let it affect what I show to like). There are times when people ask me what I like and I say "Disney". They give me the weirdest look, "You like Disney?" I know what their thinking, but I ignore their comments and just say "Yeah, I like Disney. What do you like?" And if they keep bugging about Disney, I just reply "Wow, you must be pretty pathetic to care so much about what other people like." That usually shuts them up.
But just because someone likes childish things doesn't mean they can't be mature. People have always thought I'm older than I am. Just the other day at choir practice, one of the first sopranos thought I was in college.
Anyway, sorry if the first part of the post wasn't what you were saying. You weren't very clear.
And about offending or anything, I'm just trying to get across that it shouldn't matter if something a person likes is called childish. Do you think I act childish? I certainly don't. I just like supposedly called "Childish" things.

Sorry, first part of the post, I was trying to say in a hidden meaning, I don't mean to hurt you, and, it's cool!
LOL! I mean, sometimes you don't get friends that way. People probably think bad of you, don't know, but sometimes that might not be the best aproach to life.
UG, liking childish things, don't you consider those a little goofy for you?
I know for most childish things I find them cute and all, but it's esentialy for kids. I just feel a bit young when I mess with it, watch it, say it, sing it, or whatever. I just leave it usually .
and, in real life, a bit, not much, but slightly. Sometimes you know those slightly immature adults, not the really immature ones, but the ones that's just a little. You know with the qualities sorta, that's who I feel like you are.

LOL! I mean, sometimes you don't get friends that way. People probably think bad of you, don't know, but sometimes that might not be the best aproach to life. I don't agree with this statement. People shouldn't judge you because of what you like. In fact, I rather not be friends with that person if they have a problem with what I like. UG, liking childish things, don't you consider those a little goofy for you? No, not at all. Got a problem with that? BTW, don't you think owning boards a little nerdy and lame? If you thought that question was stupid or a little offending, then you will know how I feel. I'm trying to get across that if you like something, then it shouldn't matter. And if other people have a problem with that, it's their loss.
