We live in Southern California, and the sand's REALLY hot in summer! You have to wear sandals most of the time. In Spring, the beach is perfect though.

Sounds like I would die from heat sickness. When we went to France last year, we went to the beach and the wind was so strong all the sand was being whipped up. It was liike your legs were being sand blasted! I have only been on a beach where I had to wear sandals because it was so hot was one time (again in France) and it was around 3 in the afternoon in August. Though it probably wasn't as hot as where you are, it never gets too hot there. Thankfully, I don't like REALLY REALLY hot weather.

well, for here the highest is probably one hundred and four. Today though, was freezing, we were playing soccer, or football, so we were all standing out in the field, kicking a ball around (it was anoying, it was beeping! Well, I needed it, but all the same!) The weather and I was like man it's freezing, but fortunately for us the sun came out. The thing was we were wearing shorts, and short sleeves! When I went in though, I thought the locker rooms was luxirous, way warmer! I wish we were in the gym though!

If we were in the Gym, we'd be square dancing.

If we were in the gym at my school (which we currently are for one glorious lesson a week) we'd be getting our feet covered in mud and dust. It's a joy.

Er, what's square dancing? I guess you don't like running then?
At the moment we're doing dance in the gym, and for part of the autumn term we do gymnastics in there.

Square Dancing? You don't know what's square dancing is? Well, it is a American dance.
Square dancing is a dance with four partners in a square.
Graph: G=Girls B=Boys
BG G B B G GB
I know the graph looks like a rectangle, but in real life it's a square. Then, music starts and a man will tell us directions to a dance (we use a CD for this part). There are many moves. Doesy doe (when you face away from your partner, trade places, and then return to your place), swing your partner, alabam left (too complicated to explain), circle of 8, four arm star, and many more. They get very complex as you go on. I actually enjoyed it. I was in APE helping most of the time so I didn't know half the steps. Ms. K placed almost of the people who didn't know what they were doing in the same square (including me, I was surprised at how many moves I didn't know). It was hilarious!

Cool. I'd heard of it but I didn't know what it was. We're making up this weird dance at the moment, half of my group stopped working last week so now it's just me and this other girl (who luckly is really nice).

I always hate it when other people in the group start to lack off. Break a leg with the assignment (That's my way of saying good luck)!

That was... irrelevant, and random, and probably done in a fit of boredom. I have a freind who randomly yells things like "I love biscuits!" in the middle of conversations. Talking of random things we sing in maths lessons! Yet remarkably we get all the work done! Or at least the same amount as most people in the class, in other words everyone who isn't a super-genius (ie Mr Ch, he's REALLY good at maths, but a bit odd). Anyway...
Thanks for the good luck Gifted! Same to you for whatever you're doing at the moment!

Hehheh, randomness, yay! Well, it really depends on when and where it is put. Sometimes it's funny sometimes it's not.
Really? Oh, my, must be an anoying friend.
I knew this boy in my class year, his name is um, either carl or dontae, and he had some kind of problem or something, and he would shout out random things like "Basketball rules!" or in the middle of a lecture he would ask, "Ms. B do you like basketball?" or even do random things like take out a ballon and let fly around the class it's letting air out. Eternal told this one, in our homeroom thing he actually took out a football and throw it towards another person in the middle of silents.
Oh, have you had random subs before?
